Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on MuleSoft platform integration, UI, and data migration Proofs of Concept (POCs). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of solid experience in a pre-sales technical role and possess excellent communication skills to deliver engaging technical presentations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support for MuleSoft integrations, UI development, and data migration projects. Assist clients in understanding the technical aspects and benefits of our solutions.
  • POC Development: Design and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) tailored to client requirements, showcasing the capabilities of the MuleSoft platform and our integration solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide technical insights during the sales process, ensuring that client expectations are met.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, effectively communicating the value and functionality of our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to POCs, integration processes, and client interactions for future reference.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales technical support role, specifically with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms 
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MuleSoft integrations, UI development, and data migration techniques.
  • Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create engaging PowerPoint presentations and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective technical solutions.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with API management and cloud-based integration solutions.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and strategies.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
